  • Sports & Rehab Conditioning
  • Whether it is helping you to come back stronger from an injury or optimizing your personal functional level, we are here to help you achieve those goals via specific rehabilitation.

  • Orthotics Prescription
  • Early stages of your injury are often painful, and the use of supportive devices such as splints and braces, can be a crucial part of your recovery.

  • Pre-Competition Preparation
  • Starting as early as three months before competition, the physiotherapist monitor and modify your training load, all the way through to a few days before competition, ensuring a smooth injury free progression to a physically and mentally ready.

  • Occupational Health
  • Working hand in hand with Human Resource Department, we identify and manage any potential risks to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. These interventions will include awareness talk, ergonomic assessments, orthopaedic screening, early preventive management etc.

  • Ultrasound / X-Ray / MRI prescription
  • Uniquely to REGEN, we can refer you to our in-house orthopedic for investigation such as ultrasound, to provide a detailed diagnosis. In REGEN multidisciplinary care, our orthopedic can provide minimal invasive procedure and pharmaceutical management, meanwhile Allied Healthcare can provide physiotherapy and chiropractic management as a holistic care to you.

  • Injury Prevention Workshop
  • Dry Needling
  • Another form of manual technique involving a "dry" needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle for pain relief.

At REGEN Physiotheraphy & Sports Rehab Centre, we work closely with REGEN Specialist Centre (RSC) as their advanced and highly effective screening system in musculoskeletal ultrasound enables our patients to have a full understanding of their own physical well-being.
